What to expect?
The first session includes a 60 minute assessment and evaluation. We will discuss your past and current health habits and any medical-nutrition related concerns. With this information, I will share nutrition advice and tips.
We will work together to identify your goals and create a realistic plan that works best for you.
Follow up sessions are 30 minutes and they are designed to build upon your personalized plan. We will check in on your goals, address any questions and further discuss nutrition-related topics, as well as introduce new strategies to achieve and sustain goals.
